Rates and charges
The table below shows the rates that we charge for small plumbing jobs that typically take only a few hours. The first hour charge is higher as this is to cover the time taken driving to and from jobs. This is the minimum charge for plumbing work and we don't charge a call out fee and there is no VAT to pay. For larger jobs that take several days, such as bathroom installations, our rates work out lower. In these cases we will give a quote that will show our labour costs and any material costs. You the customer, are always welcome to source any materials yourself. In the case of replacement taps, fitting new showers, new bathrooms etc It is advisable that you choose these items as the style and design varies massively. (Please read our section on terms and conditions with regards to materials you've purchased).
