Common problems

Burst pipe or leak - Try to locate a stop tap or isolation valve and switch off the water supply. Call on 07737 023809

Blockages - Try to avoid running any more water down the drain, flushing the toilet or using washing machine / Dishwasher.

Bad smells - One of your traps has failed and is letting foul air from the sewer into your property.

Toilet won't flush - To clear away waste in a toilet that won't flush, empty a bucket of water into the pan. You will then need a new Siphon or flush valve.

The table below shows the rates charged for small plumbing jobs that typically take only a few hours. The first hour charge is higher as this is to cover the time taken driving to and from jobs. This is the minimum charge for plumbing work and includes the call out fee. As Easy plumb Bristol is not VAT registered there will be no VAT added to your bill.

Where you require a quote for a larger job, such as a typical bathroom installation, the quote will be submitted to show the labour costs and any associated material costs. This is carried out free of charge and there is no obligation for you to go with the quote.

You the customer, are always welcome to source any materials yourself. In the case of replacement taps, fitting new showers, new bathrooms etc. It is advisable that you choose these items as the style and design varies massively. (Please read our section on terms and conditions with regards to materials you've purchased).
